If the rental equipment does not meet the Customer’s needs the Customer may return it for a refund as long as Phoenix Medical Solutions is notified within first 3 days of having the device and the device is returned within first week. Customer will be responsible for the round trip shipping cost and a restocking fee equivalent to one week rental. Customer will also be responsible for any damage during the rental period.
Purchased items may be returned for full refund if returned within 3 days unused & unopened. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers returning equipment after 3 days but within 30 days will be responsible for shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25% or more based on manufacturer’s policy.
